Alloy90 UNS N07090 2.4632 Nimonic90 Alloy90 is an age-strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy containing a high amount of cobalt and a variety of strengthening elements. The alloy has high tensile strength and creep resistance, good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, high fatigue strength and good formability and weldability under repeated alternation of cold and heat at 815~870 °C. It mainly supplies hot-rolled and cold-drawn bars, cold-rolled plates, strips and cold-drawn wires. It is used in turbine engine turbine discs, blades, high-temperature fasteners, clamps, sealing rings and elastic elements.
Alloy93 Nimonic93 Alloy93 is a precipitation-hardened nickel-based alloy containing high cobalt and chromium, with high strength and good microstructure stability, and is used below 815°C, with good comprehensive properties. Turbine blades for aero engines, turbine discs and fasteners for small engines.
Alloy105 2.4634 Nimonic105 Alloy105 is a highly alloyed, age-strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with high strength, poor hot working performance and welding performance. It is used in the manufacture of high-temperature parts such as aero engine turbine blades and high-temperature bolts. The working temperature is 750~950°C.
